If you would like to cancel your subscription, you have two easy options:
Option #1: Contact Us: Simply send us a message via our Contact Form stating that you would like to cancel your subscription. We will cancel it as quickly as we can. In the rare instance when you may be charged again between the time that you send us your cancellation notice and we see your message, we will refund the latest charge.
Option #2: Create an account: If you would like to cancel the subscription yourself, you first need to create an account on our website. Please note that just because you have ordered from us in the past, this does not mean that you have an account on our website. You need to actually create the account here. If you already have a Shop Pay account, that should be fine to log into. The biggest thing to note is that the account you create and log into must be with the same email account with which you used to place your original order on our store. Once you've logged in, there will be a "Manage Subscription" option and you can cancel your subscription there.
